DAMAGE: ALWAYS INSPECT CARTON AND SAFE BEFORE SIGNING FREIGHT BILL. If damaged, write notation on bill “REFUSED (# SAFES)
DUE TO DAMAGE, RECEIVED (# SAFES) AS OK” “You and the driver must sign the notation but be careful not to sign on the “Received By” line.
CALL TURN 10 1-800-848-9790 to ADVISE THAT PRODUCT WAS REFUSED AND WILL BE RETURNED BY CARRIER. TURN 10 WILL SHIP
A REPLACEMENT ORDER AND ASSUME FREIGHT CLAIM AFTER RECEIVING THE REFUSED SAFE.
RETURNS: All returns (other than REFUSED DAMAGE) require TURN 10’S Return Labels and a written return authorization form.
RECEIVING: Products shipped by a commercial truck. Title transfers to the dealer when receiving party signs the receiving freight bill.
Unloading products from trucks and inside delivery are the dealer’s responsibility and expense.
INVOICE PAYMENT: Net amount is due in 30 days on orders with approved credit.
CANCELLATION: Factory specials and non-stocked colors can not be canceled after order entry if manufacturing has started.
